Artist Statement /
Some stories are told not with words, but with what’s left behind.
The Last Performance is a quiet watercolor filled with memory—a lone suitcase resting beneath faded ballet posters, caught in that tender moment between endings and beginnings.
It’s a tribute to the ones who travel far for their art, who carry their lives in worn luggage, and who know the bittersweet silence that follows the final bow.
I painted it for the dancers, the dreamers, and anyone who’s ever packed up a piece of themselves and moved on.
